The apartment is located on the third floor of an ancient building built in the 19th century. It is accessed by a stairway leading a welcoming hall that goes into a quiet and cozy sitting room with a comfortable sofa-bed (120x200cm), a small library and a stereo system. From the windows, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the narrow street of Caldeireiros and the old buildings of the neighborhoods of Vitória, Sé and São Nicolau.



The bedroom contains a double bed (140x200cm) and two nightstands.



The kitchen / dinning room is fully equipped and contains an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, washing machine and microwave. Basic cooking ingredients, such as salt, spices or olive oil are provided. There is a table for four and plenty of storage space.



The bathroom/closer area is equipped with a full bathtub, a chest of drawers and plenty of space to storage your personal belongings.  You'll find also basic toiletries such has shower gel and shampoo.

Guests are provided with bed linens and towels, changed every week. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available. Guests can use the washing machine free of charge. Free wi-fi Internet is provided.



It can accommodate 2+2 guests, which makes it ideal for couples, groups of friends or families with one or two kids.
